Start With Love

In dealing with [my middle daughter’s] restlessness last night, I reached the point of breaking down and almost crying.  I am tired of getting so upset with her at night – I love her, I shouldn’t be so furious.  I decided that my first internal reaction to her whining or fussing will always be ‘I love you’.  Only then will I be able to deal with the issue in love.
