Last night in prayer, I recall praying that I wanted to do something great for the Lord. He said:

You already have.

I didn’t know what that meant.

Your idea of great is different than my idea of great. When you witness to someone about your relationship with me, that is great. Everything else can be done with wrong intentions.

Couldn’t even witnessing be done with the wrong intentions?

No, because even if what’s motivating you is external acceptance, you’re basing that on your relationship with me.
