This blogging thing…

I’m starting to realize that I’m really enjoying journaling in this blog. It’s great to see my thoughts recorded in this way. I remember a while back thinking about developing a website that would allow people to journal their Bible study… this blogging thing is actually very releasing.

I was thinking earlier today, also, that recording my spiritual journey for all to see may actually be just as beneficial for me than it could potentially be for others. Honestly, I don’t know whether anyone will ever even read my writings, but that’s ok. What I’m realizing is that there’s value for my relationship with Christ to record my journey in this way. In a way, it’s holding me accountable for my behavior and choices in ways that I haven’t felt before – and I think that’s a good thing.
