Luke 10: 38-42
Posted on January 8th, 2009 No commentsLuke 10: 38-42 is fitting for me. It’s about a woman (Martha) who tries to do many things to serve Jesus, and her sister (Mary), who simply sat at His feet. Jesus found favor with the sister, Mary.

Parables
Posted on November 5th, 2008 No comments- Parables are for hiding the truth from the unbeliever, not for revealing.
- The Lord gives you a bit of truth at a time. If you use it, He gives you more. If you disparage it, truth will be withheld.

Amazing Facts – Bible Study 5
Posted on November 4th, 2008 No comments- “Family intimacies must never be shared with others–not even with parents. It is a great sin and a tragedy to break this God-given rule. A third person to sympathize or listen to complaints is a tool of the devil to estrange the hearts of husband and wife. Solve your home problems privately. No one else (except your minister or marriage counselor) should ever be involved. Always be truthful with each other, and never keep secrets from each other. Tell no jokes at the expense of your spouse’s feelings. Vigorously defend each other, and strictly exclude all intruders.”
- "Love is forbearing and kind. Love knows no jealousy. Love does not brag; is not conceited. She is not unmannerly, nor selfish, nor irritable, nor mindful of wrongs. She does not rejoice in injustice, but joyfully sides with the truth. She can overlook faults. She is full of trust, full of hope, full of endurance." 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
- Criticism, laziness, disorder, filth, and jealousy endanger marriage
